SHIPPING

What are your delivery options?

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply. Get 3-5 business day delivery to your home or office anywhere within the United States, or select expedited delivery to get your order faster. 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. 

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. All returns must be returned within 10-12 days from from the delivery date.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Statement Peace accepts the following payment options for online purchases:

  • American Express

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

 

An authorization hold of your order is placed on the payment method at the time of order placement, but you will not be charged until your order ships. If payment is not authorized or if the total dollar amount of your order exceeds your credit limit, you will receive a message on the checkout page to try another form of payment. To check out with Apple Pay, you need to link a credit card in Apply Pay before you check out or the option to use Apple Pay will not appear. 

Taxes

Sales tax and services tax, as applicable (individually and collectively referred to herein as “sales tax”) is calculated based on applicable federal and provincial tax laws. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. Sales tax may also be applied to shipping fees. Our website does participate in tax-free holidays.

 

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

After your order has been submitted, you have approximately 1 hour to change certain information:

  • Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number

  • Item color or size

  • Adding or removing items

 

The following information cannot be changed once an order has been placed:

  • Payment method

  • Billing information such as name, address, or phone number

 

For payments issues, your method may need to be re-authorized if changes are needed to be made to your order, so please have it available.

 

Canceling an order online

Whether you're signed in using your Statement Peace account or you checked out as a guest, you have approximately 30 minutes to cancel your order online from the time it was submitted. If your order is not showing an option to cancel this indicates your order is already in processing and can no longer be canceled.

 

If you're signed in using your Statement Peace account:

  • Select the Order Details link of the order you wish to cancel

  • Select the Cancel Order link on the Order Details page

  • Once the cancel confirmation appears, select Yes to confirm that you are canceling the order

  • You'll receive an email confirmation that your order has been canceled

Inability to cancel an order

If you’re unable to cancel your order, you can:

  • Contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) once it ships and ask if your order can be returned to us (there is no guarantee that it can be rerouted)

  • Refuse the package at the time of delivery to have your order returned to us and we’ll process a refund within 10 days of receipt.
